cramp/less is a lifesaver

my cramps are really bad where I would have to depend on really strong painkillers. I would have to literally stay in the toilet or on the bed as it is just so uncomfortable. Relying on painkillers isn’t the best solution and it harms the body but I didn’t have any choice until I came across cramp/less on social media and decided to give it a try. At first I was really skeptical about it as nothing can beat drugs when it comes to fast and effective treatment, but no I am AMAZED. It actually works surprisingly well! I do not have to depend on painkillers anymore as cramp/less helps to reduce the pain so much. Thank you MOOM!!

Amazing with cramp/less

I was initially skeptical on the effectiveness of cramp/less but decided to give it a go since I wanted to reduce on my painkiller intake and try a natural remedy for my cramps. I get cramps all the time sometimes not even during my periods due to my endometriosis. It reduces my cramps to a minimum and also helps with all my other symptoms. Love that it uses all natural ingredients too.

thank you MOOM!

Been trying for 2 cycles!

Was initially skeptical about it but after trying it, I noticed the cramps were really lessened. The back ache is still there but it does feel temporarily better (to be fair, my back been aching for few years). I’ve recently repurchased another 2 bottles 🤭

Sharifah Radhiah

Took it just before my period as I was already starting to get headaches. Glad to see significant ease on the headache! I’m really happy to have found a natural alternative to Panadol!

I usually get super bad cramps and bloating during my first 2-3 days of my period, and have to take at least 1-2 painkillers each time. Having tried just taking this, along with my personalised vitamins, I haven't had to pop a pill this cycle and the pain was much bearable! Will definitely be taking them before my cycle starts, during the start of my PMS and seeing if the pain reduces xx
